GAMIFICATION
BookRanger maps Little Free Libraries and public libraries as stops on a trail. You arrive, take or leave a book, and log the stop.
The interface is drawn like a field guide: hand-lettered trail names, wooden signposts, a ranger who keeps the log. Onboarding is three cards and one button — the point is to get people back outside, not into an app.
Under the illustration it is an ordinary system — a stop registry, a stamp ledger, and a route builder that strings stops into named trails on streets worth travelling.
